How do I register for the Agra Culture Loyalty Rewards Program?

• Dine-in: scan the QR code on the table and click on Sign Up
• Visit us at agra-culture.com/loyalty
• Register when you place your next Agra Culture order online 

How do I earn points and rewards?  

It is simple!  For every one dollar you spend, you will receive one point.  For every 100 points you earn you will receive a $5 reward.   After you’ve earned a $5 reward, your point balance will move back to 0 as you begin earning toward the 100-point maximum again.  You will earn your $10 welcome offer after you’ve completed your registration.  You can earn points when you dine-in and when you order online*.  To view your points balance and any available rewards or special offers, you can log into your account.  

               *Points are not earned on any delivery service partner orders.  

How do I redeem rewards?

Once you have reached 100 points, you will earn a $5 reward.  You can view your available rewards in your account a handful of ways: 

• When you dine-in, provide your phone number while ordering
• By visiting agra-culture.com/loyalty 
• At checkout when you order online – each time you order from Agra Culture or login to your account (online or dine-in ordering), your available rewards will show at checkout.  

Where do I check my account balance?

You can view your account balance and offers when you dine-in by scanning the QR code at the table, login and view your account.  As well as online by visiting agra-culture.com/loyalty and sign into your account.  

Do the rewards and points in my account expire? 

Rewards and offers expiration dates vary by offer.  The $5 reward you receive with every 100 points earned has an expiration date of 60 days (from the day you earned the reward.) 

You can only earn up to 100 points at any time, your points balance will be reset to 0 after you’ve earned 100 points and received a $5 reward.  

Are any purchases excluded from earing points or redeeming rewards?  

Points are earned on the purchase of food and non-alcoholic beverages only.  Alcoholic beverages, gift cards, taxes/fees/gratuity are all excluded from earning and redeeming points.  You cannot earn or redeem points or rewards at our MIA location.  Points and rewards can be earned and received only by ordering via dine-in, on the phone, and Agra Culture direct online orders*.

How do I earn points when I dine-in?

You can simply provide your phone number at the time of ordering and our staff can easily pull up your accounts to earn points and redeem rewards.
